STORY
Gugga is known as the Michealangelo of the Western Himalaya due to his three known masterpieces. The temple of Lakhna Devi at Bharmaur, the temple of Mrikula Devi at Udaipur in Lahaul and finally, the temple of the devi at Chittrari, high up on a spur of the Dhauladhar.

This is the story of the building of the temple at Chittarari, the amputation of his hands by the wicked Raja, and the restoration of his hands by the visitation by the Devi.
