This time I found a totally different Deepti, one who took lot of interest in her work, her role. In ‘Katha’ Deepti plays a simple chawl girl. Deepti happily put oil on her hair to deglamourize herself, to look like a chawl girl. She tired her best to appear very authentic. She would go round the chawl and observe the chawl girls. She studied the preach towards her work - more sensible - more dedicated. She’s done a superb job in ‘Katha’.
