STORY
The film is about gypsies and their yearning for a home in this world – somewhere, rooted, a house of brick and cement with a roof on top. In order to pursue this dream, a group of gypsies in Maharashtra tribal belt, get mislead into believing that if they burn their temporary huts, the Government will build ‘Pakka ghar’ for them. After doing so, they realise that having a concrete house is a dream for them, never to be fulfilled.
